How to Edit Your Information

If required by law, as is the case to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will nullify member information by erasing it from our database. Platform, you do hereby represent and warrant that you understand and agree that all information submitted by you through the The Baner Law Firm, Inc. Platform or otherwise to The Baner Law Firm, Inc. becomes the property of The Baner Law Firm, Inc. and may be used in the sole discretion of The Baner Law Firm, Inc. in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Choice/Opt-Out

The Baner Law Firm, Inc. provides Users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor. The Baner Law Firm, Inc. gives Users the option to remove their information from our database, to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.
